In July, 2016, Meiracopp Nigeria Limited (now Meira Upstream) was incorporated in Nigeria as an Energy & Infrastructure advisory firm; providing Investment Transaction Guidance to numerous African and non-African oil and gas companies.

In the eight [8] years, leading to July, 2024, Meiracopp’s completed projects and existing clientele were mostly focused on upstream investment, along with a handful of midstream projects.
